Excursions (Level 2)

Join Mayito the Guacamayo & Lola the Llama on an excursion through different countries to learn about the foods that children eat around the world, their families and the homes they live in while applying their Spanish knowledge and continuing to increase their vocabulary.
Excursions is a Level 2 session for children K-5 who have already learned some Spanish basics (either by attending Adventures or through other Spanish classes/experiences).

The students will use Total Physical Response to engage in receptive language to describe and request foods from 6 difference Spanish-speaking destinations.
The students will engage in language experiences that encourage the use of new learning and language
The students will engage in social and academic conversations with peers about the foods and cultures of 6 difference Spanish-speaking destinations.
